Edwardian Conservatories

Traditionally characterised by openness and airiness. With more subdued lines than the ornate Victorian style, this style of conservatory was originally built on period homes, however they’ve been replicated on contemporary properties ever since.

This style is commonly seen with high ceilings, making it bright and spacious. The shape is typically a rectangular symmetrical shape, or it will feature a flat front and a square. This makes it a useful shape for laying out furniture and plants, while minimising wasted space. The Edwardian Conservatory traditionally has a high, sloping roof style that provides an awe-inspiring vaulted effect.
